Spring is finally upon us…almost anyway. Is it really spring if it just snowed again? Ugh. Nothing like a rude awakening by your pups early on a Saturday morning only to be greeted by snowflakes falling and about half an inch of snow on the ground. Not okay Mother Nature! Not okay! I’m currently being harassed by one very twacky border collie because the sun is out and she knows exactly what that means. Play time. She is one of the most intelligent creatures I’ve ever met, and sometimes that can be the most annoying thing about her. Because she really does know that sunshine means we will be outside. It’s not raining and as soon as she’s up in the morning and had her breakfast, she goes about terrorizing the house until everyone is up.…
Before I had LASIK done, Warby Parker was where I went to order frames. Spring is finally here. Almost. I mean it is, but if I’m not able to wear sandals in the morning without my toes falling off from the cold then we’re not quite there yet. But next week will be in the mid seventies which means I get break out my favorite Matiko platform sandals. Damn right that calls for a dancing Dumbledore gif. But oh hey, speaking of platform sandals. Jeffrey Campbell. Always brilliantly out there with wild styles and sky high platforms & the latest shoes available at Solestruck are no less bold and wonderful. These platforms look wonderfully retro & I want to buy them all, put on a pair of dark skinny jeans and role the cuffs up. I love them.
